    Tier 1 help encompasses many of the basic help and troubleshooting we see requested. Some requests maybe a quick as a few mins, some may take longer based on the performance of your phone.
    Valid for 7 days
    • Pairing your phone to the car
    • Phone optimization
    • Downloading apps (non-password required)
  • Tier 2 Request

    40$
    +$60 Door-to-door service charge
    Tier 2 help may require additional verification steps and sometimes will require a wait or hold period of several hours to several days. A follow-up appointment me be needed in certain cases.
    Valid for 7 days
    • App password reset (Apple ID, Google, Facebook) etc.
    • One Time Pin (OTP), Two step verification issues, etc.
    • Help with Messenger, WhatsApp, etc.

    Tier 3 Request

    60$
    +$60 Door-to-door service charge
    Tier 3 help is typically a lengthy and time consuming process with several unknowns and variables along the way. This will at times be a multi hour process, and may require and additional follow-up
